this is really my first painting with painter5 (not an excuse). please critic and tell me how to improve lighting, it's not finished (the hair,the neck, details) i hope you can help me to improve.

bruce lee on steroids!!! LOL jk (sorry couldnt resist) anyway its a fairly decent pic. ill point out what i see:
eyes: um the bags look kinda bad, i think mainly due to there largeness. um perhaps shrink em and take away the 2nd bag (no matter how hard i try i can only get one bag on my face :P)
eyebrows:if your trying to portray rage, typicaly both eyebrows form a vshape and the part of the eyebrow that leads to the nose gets very close to the eye.
mouth:he has no upper lip
head: waay to big (im talkin about where the hair covers,) perhaps half the size
