err...
The bottom part of the back of her thigh is too "fat", and her left arm (right from us) seems a bit musculous.
Close to that position, the back seems a bit too wide - like that of a body builder!
The back arm has an odd curve towards the hand (which need some more work, but I guess you'd figure that out yourself :P) which makes it look like play doe, kinda. Just work out some more detail (more detailed shading), I'd say.
Her head looks a bit small - especially in comparoson to her butt and her breast. Did you intend to draw her a bit "heavy boned"?
Other than that, nice idea, and I like her face and hair! |

Well, I have to tell you, I tried to stand in the position you have her in and I'm forwarding my chiropractic bill to you (and I fell into my book case!). She's twisting in one direction down to the waist, then twisting her legs back in the opposite direction. Not only not advisable, but not very attractive, either. I try to put myself into the poses I'm trying to draw whenever I have the slightest question about them.
What I've done below is not really that sound, anatomically, but is pretty close to what I was trying to illustrate. The halfway point down the body should be around the crotch, though lengthening the legs is a common way to make the figure more sleek; you just want to be careful. I agree with all of Mag82's comments (even the muscular one). Your best bet is to download Loomis' "Figure Drawing for All it's Worth" or get a couple good books (Bridgeman does a great job with posing the figure).
I wouldn't start coloring until all of your anatomy issues are resolved. You can shade and render and polish as much as you want, but if the structure's flawed, it's going to make the flaws even more apparent.
Just as an aside, if you can resize the image to 650 or so, it'll be easier for most people to view the whole thing at once.
