Hello nexusnet,
I really like this picture. It is well drawn and the inking is very clean. I think the perspective problem has to do with the robots in the distance. They are the same design and type of robot that is in the foreground, right? These robots are very large, and the robots in the distance need to be larger (but not as large as the one in the foreground, of course), I think. The robots should not just be larger, but raised higher in the picture, that is, closer to the horizon line. Also, the tower is not in perspective with vanishing points on the horizon line...this is hard to describe in words, but you should establish 2 vanishing points on the horizon line for the tower and work the drawing to that. I hope my comments are making sense. Let me know if you need more of an explanation I really like the design of the robots and vehicles. Very cool!
*edit*
Please forgive this lineover. This is what I was trying to describe with words. The "blue" lines are meant as a guide for the tower structure...the red lines are guides for the perspective on the robots based on their head sizes in relation to the horizon line. I hope this helps

I actually did a very similar 'paint-over' to this one, but my server won't let me login so I couldn't upload it.
Thx to cptoonz for uploading his. I'll paste my earlier critique here anyway. It really just confirms what cptoonz already said

Nice start. Great designs you have there.
Your English isn't very good, so I am just geussing about what you meant. Keep trying though because I can still understand you enough.
I think the problem is a scale issue and one of eye level. I can't see anything else wrong with vanishing points at all.
It seems to me that the building and the two characters aren't standing on the same level plane. So where the base of the building rests, would not be the same horizontal level as where the characters are standing. Also your characters are standing on different levels.
I'm saying this because I'm judging their relative heights and ground plane they are standing on by looking at the point at which the horizon line crosses. The Horizon line in your case is the eye level. So if those two characters are of similar height, then they should also have similar relations to the eye level, if they are supposed to be standing on the same level ground plane. I'm going to assume that is the way you wanted to do it. I'm also going to assume that they are both supposed to be standing on the same horizontal ground plane as the large building in the background.
