Here is my friend's daughter running on the beach. Not completely done yet, but I need some pointers before I give up completely.[

Looking good so far Neofun! The only things that stand out to me so far are the hair and the glasses.
Currently the area of her head is a darker shade which makes her look like a boy with brown shaved hair. You should definitely add some thickness to her flowing locks.
And the glasses just looks incomplete because they would normally be perfectly shaped etc.
But these are all things that you were probably going to change /add to anyway. I really like the kind of faded quality! Very film like, but a bit dark and moody considering the subject? Depends on what you're going for I guess. Show us the final. edit: Oh yeah, why would give up? Solid so far!
