Well, kinda difficult since there is no surrounding sketch direction of the piece. Is this for render-sake? First off, it looks like a glove for a cat. Have you yet defined what material it is your trying to emulate?
Silk,Plastic, leather, nylon, etc... |

It has kind of an odd shape, I suggest building up to the glove from a sketch of the bones/sticks->hand which will wear it in order to get it to fit the anatomy. |

Yes. Well, for starters I can't see any fingers. And the thumb isn't really there.
You should study your own hands, and the muscles, and how it moves. And while you're at it, go read a couple of tutorials. http://www.polykarbon.com/ has some exceptionally good ones.
You'll learn tons, I hope. |
