The hand postion/ and lower neck area something don't fit.

The neck looks funky, the shoulders are too narrow and the head is too "compressed", its too small. Also the nostrils are too wide. Other than that it looks like a really good start and the coloring is nice. But I think you need to correct the things I mentioned before you go any further with coloring it. BTW who's that model? She's babelicous!! *drool*

Good start but there is some slight distortions as mentioned, glad you weren't tempted to trace, better practise that way.

Thanks for the crits I'll work on it later, I was just a little happy how the colors were turning out and didnt pay too much attention to the anatomy.

a lot better I think that her breasts are a bit too big on your drawing? Unless you're going for huge ones... at least they're bigger than in the photo.
