heres something i spent a few hours on in photoshop

i know it doesnt look very good, so pls help me out, gimme some tips/crits, scribble over it, whatever

just help

the lips look crap D: i should prolly get rid of the top one, right? and his glasses arent finished, but im having trouble makeing them look glassy and smooth. same with the frames.

mmm... i think it's a quite good begin, but, my help it's to take a look at some reference, and to start with less details.

I got some critics.. the eye ti's to large, and the head need to be more large on the mounth side, need more realism, the head of your "friend" seems to start from a triangle, study some front view references to se the difference...
