kool,
but pay attention to perspective.. the guy on the left doesn't coprrespond to the rest of the picture.. perpective wise that is...also if the guy in the middle( boss? is sitting down on a chair .. then the two background figures should be a little higher up in the painting..
thsi is my two pence of comments but nice job over all..
would like to see the finished stuff |

I'll fix the height but can you explain a bit more about the guy on the left looking out of balance? How does he not correspond to the rest of the picture?

But they are so close together that that shouldnt make a difference.. I really don't see anything wrong with the perspective. However I might be wrong |

The perspective of the table is off. Decide on a vanishing point towards the center of the picture. As it stands the the point the table is lined up with is somewhere in the light at the top of the picture. Use a straight edge lined up with the sides of the table and where they intersect is the vanishing pt. Other than that perspective issue it looks great. |
