Hi everyone, this is my first post here. I just finished the basic layout for my homepage, and I'd like to get some crit from you guys. It's still not really close to being done, there's only one section available and thers no navigation.

nice layout since there is no link now i like plain and single colored backgrounds
making custom skins??!???post them to here!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

nice design. though i would recommend using the same color for the background, and not two different colors.
one way to get the same background is by going into photoshop (if you have it), open your image, open the color selector (the little boxes) and grab the background color. You can either make a new file (SMALL, 20 by 20 pixels should do it) and filling it with the color, or by grabbing the hexidecimal code at the bottom of the color selector.
