Hello there!
I'm new to this forum but I've noticed that many of you are giving away good comments for sketches. So I thought I'd give it at shot.
If there are any obvious mistakes please tell me Ive been looking at the legs for quite some time now and they seem a little odd.
Thanx in advance!
Regards
Summer

Check your colouring there is something there that is really throwing off the picture. Otherwise her face is a little wierd.

There is definately something wrong with her face. The eyes are out of alignment and her nose is a bit too long. Also her ear is a bit too far over. It might even be actually covered up by the blade I think the problem of the legs has to do with the fact that you seem not to have figured out how her body is moving, and so which parts are to be seen in relation to other parts. Her hips appear to be set back, pushing her butt out. But that would cause her chest to be lowered. The way you have it, her chest is erect and upright. Therefore her hips should be a bit further down. This will help you figure out the legs as at the moment they also seems to be in a different perspective from the rest of the drawing. The thgihs may need to be slightly longer, but her right leg is deffinately too short.
It's a swwet pic otherwise. Post the completed one when you're done. |
