This is about the first thing I did with Cinema4D. Its supposed to be a lightsaber from Star Wars, which I did, because I just cant wait to see "Star Wars Galaxies". (Damn! I�m a geek!!! )
There�s still much to do on it, like putting more detail in it and fixing some of the textures...
It might not be such a big thing, but Im pretty proud of it, because Ive never done anything in 3D before...

Looks really good. I too can't wait for SWGalaxies. One thing on the lenght though, it doesn't look long enough for a hand. It's grip area is fairly large around and doesn't seem like there is room for a good grasp. Could be me though. Nice job on the lighting as well. The background might be good for others but I would like to see a different color than the handle for better contrast. Good job otherwise! |

@ Rifter: Now that you say it... the saber might be a bit short. Maybe its Yoda�s.
Ill try some other colors for the bg. Youre right, might look better... |
