Strange question 
IF you want to color it, you should already have an idea of the mood of the scene, and some lighting. Darknes? Morning light?
Did you thought about the fatigues colors?
Once you answered yourself some basic question, there is no definite start. Put in place all your colors, and work them around...
What is important is what you want as a final picture... |

| the perspective on the gun looks really nice, although i like the sketch a lot better than the line drawing... it seems to have lost a lot of it's energy. the head seems a bit weird though. although on second look i think it's just the jaw, and how it's a... concave line (?). i'd like to see this finished though, keep it up. |
