Sorry for being honest but when I saw it, I nearly screamed!

Gosh, I was so scared! Is that intentional?

Eyes wide open + teeth showing + clenched lower jaw -> scary face!

I see that you tried to work in detail, but you lost the overall look of the face...

Her left eye is not aligned, there is also something strange in her "smile". It looks like forced, not natural. The corner of her lips and cheeks should be higher and her eyes less open.

Also her hairs are lacking volume. They look like dirty when drawn one by one...

I forgot : the lighting is nice and could gain some impact with some work around the eyes
