I just got painter 7 and started playing around with it... this was done in that and corel.
Anyway, was just wondering if anyone had any suggestions or see glaring errors so far. Particularly on the snow and the clouds since I've never really painted either before.

Looking good, I think you're on the right track making the white cloud and snow slightly reflect the greyish blue of their surroundings. Some details like the piling snow on the tree branches and the house, also the footprints might need a bit more refining, but I'll leave the critique to more experienced peps. ![](images/smiles/icon_smile.gif) |

Kind of reminds me of that kids cartoon, Moomins?
Your scene is blank. You need to drop some atmosphere in there. This could be achieved by adding perspective. So get some directional light and cast shadows.
The clouds look fine.
Hopefully this helps?
