I like:
His face..the shading on his pants.
I don't like:
The back of his head. (It seems to point out too far and be too sharp.)
I'd also make the face a little more contrasty. But maybe thats something you were already going to do anyways. Being WIP and all. |

I like that one!!
You shoul try fixing his right hand (the one holdig the staff), it is somehow bogus, like if seen from below, it doesn�t match the perspective of the rest of the drawing.
And yeah, use more contrast, specially on the face, remark his expresion a bit more, some wrinkles would do perfect!
