Ok I am trying out my new wacom intuos2 6X8, so I decided Id participate in a quick contest. The contest was to cg a certain anime picture a guy (SSJ5DAN) drew. Anyway, Im doing this in painter classic that came with my tablet. http://www.angelfire.com/dc/raptor_dss/Drawings/kadeto13.JPG
What do you think so far? What can I do to improve it short of redoing the whole thing? Oh and im having trouble not painting over the lines(never used painter before, I know how to do the lines layer in photoshop though), any help on that or am I stuck with it?
P.S. keep in mind im nowhere near as good as the average person here, just starting out =)

Thanks pix, I always try to keep in mind light sources but I rarely actually do it...
And dark, just drag and drop the text link earlier in my post.
