Hi folks! 
As you can see, I'm new around here.
I've been browsing these forums for awhile. But never had a reason to join, since the only thing I did was to work for a mod.
But now I've taken myself the freedom to start painting.
I've been making textures and model skins for 2 years now. I've also painted from time til time.
But I have never finished any 2d painting.
This picture is the first one, I know I will finish. I just added a plain bakground in the meantime I'm coming up something neat later on

| her mouth is kinda sideways and her right shoulder is too big.. I also think the neck is too fat. The mouth is crooked but the hair looks nice! Just trying to help you fix it! |

i really like the hair youve done for her. still think her face is just a bit odd, maybe its her nose, it might be a bit to long. your shading style is pretty interesting, but, its feeling flat still but im not sure why.

the right eye is bugging me alot think it's wrong with the angle or something, the hair as pointed out before is really good bit the eyes and maybe the nose, has issues:P

In general, you shouldn't use black to shade human skin. It turns out looking strange. Rather than shadow, it makes it look like the skin has been sprayed with dirt.
Next time you might want to try using brown or other colors.
