Hi all,
My first ever post, just checking to see whether I can upload and show images during my Work break.
Its just a small sketch from the Battle Angel Alita graphic novels.
Fairly inspirational If you like that sort of thing, I spose.
I've got over half an hour off now, maybe I'll do somthing a little bit more original.
Great to finally make contact here, I've been lurking for several months now at my new job, there is a lot of talent and enthusiasm around here.

I can tell what's in the picture... alita and (what was the name... skydome? err), but I can't quite tell what's going on... I suppose you want it to be something like her falling off it from being shredded up by the razor thingies? but it sort of looks like she's holding it on her shoulders...
nicely rendered though! |

Well, I guess my upload works then, so hopefully expect to see more from me in the future,
the image of Alita was one of the story covers, just a little image reference I copied into my Sketchbook. I just kinda liked it.
Anyways, my Lunchtime is finished, and damn you really cant get a lot done in half an hour. Takes atleast 15 minutes just to decide what to draw.
But I did have a go, not much, but maybe interesting to some.

Anyone else working with Tria markers? have progressive images of their work?
we've all seen the workings of Feng Zhu and D.Chiang.
if not http://www.artbyfeng.com/studio.htm http://www.dchiang.com/
Anyone aspiring to reach that kind of level?
Sorry, for making the post do another round.
It should have probably fallen off the board by now. |
