this is my first cg Im having troubles with the background but other than that Im happy with it. Ive been using photo deluxe since Im a bum. I hope Ive got the coding right [EMAIL]null[/EMAIL]

nice start.. i like the character and the background.
the thing i think you could work on is your lighting. It seems as if there are multiple light sources, and the character appears to be floating imho.

I feel the same way about the lighting -if I darken the shadow will it ground the character more?
