Nice eye, slightly large iris perhaps ?

The eye is much more detailed than other areas, especially obvious is the eyebrow.
Even if you are going for "focus on the eye" since the eyebrow is so near, it would be peculiar if it was not as detailed as the eye IMHO.

The "Orbicularis oculi" area under the eye and towards the base of the nasal bone looks a bit odd. Kind of like what you might see if the skin is stretched by scarring f.ex.

Hair sort of dissappears into the background, maybe make the border between more distinct in the colored version ?

Nice "haunting" feeling though.
