Okay, for a first attempt it's not at all bad... trying a hand from the off takes a fair bit of courage.
The joint where the thumb meets the hand itself is too forward and up, making the thumb look like a finger; examine your hand, and see where the thumb really meets the body... much further down, with the 'knuckle' as it were almost at your wrist! Freaky!
I'd use a much broader brush to actually paint the image - just use a fine brush for those final details. At the moment, it looks like you've coloured it in with felt pens, and it'll be very hard to achieve any kind of skin tone graduation that way.
