A quick sketch and paint. So far this is what I have ... The original sketch is here

I know it looks fuzzy but I can assure you the high res version looks much better. Anyway I feel that the detail in her face isn't really portrayed as well as in the sketch ...

If you take the original sketch and flip it horizontally, you'll see that the symmetry of the face is way off. There are also some serious issues with her extended arm. I'm not sure what's up with the shoulder muscle, but the elbow is over extended, which leads down to the very uncomfortable looking position of the hand <ouch>. The hand is also a bit small, especially since it should be closer to us. Perhaps I'm going over the top, but if you're reference for this is the 3D computer generated image from the game, go out back and cleanse thyself with a healing wash of borax and ammonia. Go look for Loomis, Pogany, Bridgeman or any other of the people that teach figure drawing. Going off of computer generated game images induces horrible anatomy misjudgements and will keep you from growing as an artist <steps from atop soapbox>.
There are also lighting issues (where's it coming from?), but I think I've been too harsh, so will end this by urging you to continue, because you clearly have what it takes to be good (that being talent and will, between which, will is far more important).

well put, dogfood. having the will to create something is incredibly important.

however, so is laying off the dodge and burn tool in photoshop. instead of using it, try hand-picking your colors. dodge and burn makes it look garish, and since this is an obviously sultry woman, you want her to look softer and more feminine. keep in mind where the light source is coming from, always.

as with dogfood, i urge you to continue. the thing about drawing is that it takes a _lot_ of practice, and critiquing.

I don't know if you want to know my techniques but I might as well tell you, I find the easiest way to simulate burn and doge while still making it look good is to, colour whatever it is a base colour, and then setting the airbrush to 2% opactiy brushing around the object changing colours and stuff. 2% may seem like nothing and make take time, but I find it's easier to control whats going on that way. Just a helpfull suggestion
