This started out as a basic project for uni but i ended up scanning him in and having a digital overhaul

i think it needs more detals but im stumped.. ive tried glasses but they seem a little odd (i dont think i can draw glasses so thats probably why

Also any suggestions for a background? i was going to do something all dark and eirie (not a clue what) but some other ideas would be most appreciated.

Any crits about any of it would be most appreciated. Thanx

The eyes are great, but are you going for realistic or for cartoonish/exaggerated? If you are going for exaggerated then you have succeeded and it looks great.

To be honest im not sure if i was going for exagerated or realistic, somewhere inbetween i think (?)

I was trying to make him look old and young at the same time. Kind of timeless but not (sheeshh i need ot make up my bloody mind )
