Ok, I got myself a Sakura Mikron 0,05 pen last weekend and made this to try it out. How is proportions, anatomy, etc.?

I'm thinking of 'painting' it, but I want to have the 'basics' down first. Too bad to discover a huge anatomy-error when half-way through the picture

Note: There is something about his (our right) left leg that bothers me.
