Thanks will give the contrast a go, I only spent an hour at lunch on it. I feel that its lacking a polished feel (obviously) But I keep thinking that if I sharpen the edges it wont look as if its underwater, or if its extremely detailed it may loose the foggy underwater atmosphere?? Am I being stoopid, or shall I just try it?

Remember that the environment is a character too. It too can help by looking menacing. What's menacind? Well, a couple things are something looming over you, and jaged spikey rock formations... Naice work!

Heres the fish wish some more detail in the shoal behind it and higher contrat ... youre right looks a bit better, but it is starting to loose that gloomy " I really want to tear you into little bloody chunks " and starting to look like... " Hi enjoying your Barrier Reef scuba trip? ".. hmmm strange maybe I should make it more murky??

Great picture there, love it. I personally think it looks better murkier(sp?), adds more to the killer fish aspect.
