UPDATED! I am posting the new version. I made the changes suggested, plus I added a border around the pic.
This is a sketch for a banner on an RPG website a friend of mine is creating. Any constructive criticism will be very helpful!!!

Be careful not to make the mans nose the some as the orcs' ....now, they seem to be family 
The guys nose shouldm't point to the sky as mutch as it is.
Also, he and the orcs have excactly the same facial expression, perhaps it would be more interesting to have him shouting or perhaps the other way around?

Thanks! I'm gonna keep this up for another day or so. Hopefully, I'll get some more criticisms before I start. I am pretty happy with what I have, but I just want as much input as I can get.
I'll change the nose of the guy and the expressions of the Orcs. I see what you mean, Sukhoi, and SWANY, the text really doesn't mean anything. I just had a bunch of negative space down there!!
