First off, I love the look of the characters. When you get the lip sync and animation down, this is gonna be great.

The biggest problem I see is that he moves waaay more then he needs to. I'm Italian and even I don't move my hands that much

Have him hit a few key poses and hold them, think moving holds.

As for the lip sync, I like it a little better then your previous one. One problem you see in a lot of lip sync is putting in phonemes for every consonant and vowel. Really look at yourself in the mirror and you'll see that when you speak you only really hit a few and tend to move through others. Since this has a cartoony look push the mouth poses as far as you think you can and then push it a little more. Less mouth poses, but stronger mouth poses.

Hopefully this doesn't come off as too negative as I'm really looking forward to seeing this when your done. Your skills just seem to be growing by leaps and bounds on everything you put up!
