I like it a lot. I like your website too.
Hero is cool little guy. I checked more test animations and they are definately neat little things.
The lip synch animation looks pretty good too. The lip synch is quick and crisp. I always like that. It might not have all the details and realism. But still..I really like it.
His head seems kind of ..er..old for a kid though. Or maybe it's just your voice tricking me into thinking that.

How long did it take to do that?

I finished up the modeling (well not *finished, but finished enough for this test) last night at around 9pm or so. I had the animation to this point by 2am or so and rendered over night.

I spent way too much time messing around with correcting the sort of mistakes you make when you're animating at 1am.

i can't wait to see your animation of Ray and Kid, it looks very well done by what i've seen with your animation tests.

especially the lip sink test, that was awesome ! and funny too !
