yeah. it turns out that even CSC Gold Community package doesn't get rid of the banners. (no i don't have one yet.) just the pop ups. =\ but i think i'll buy one nevertheless. it's convenient. *nods*

well, i can actually understand their situation, ezboard *is* free after all, and it's a fairly good service (i prefer their software to ubb..), and when you have to figure out how to pay for the hardware and bandwidth for 100+ or whatever servers (they have alot), it costs.

that's where we, the board owners, take it up our asses =\

why don't you use ubb? well.. okay, you may need _much_ webspace in time, but you can configure all and everything

yeh. and then again, i prefer ezboard. i like how everything works with it. the whole board preferences pages are excellent. you can do alot of things with it. *nods*

you could practically program a AI with html to it if you wanted. =\

may be true, i dunno, never started an ezboard..

but that's the problem with all free services.. i remember the time when namezero.com offered free .com domains.. well, i stopped bothering them after 3 not-answered applications, but hell, look at namezero now.. try everything to sell their domains, and when you have the luck to get a free one, they bomb you with that ugly nbci-style adbar.. waargh..
