Hello,
Well, I incorporated a little of the advice I got from my previous post and did this. This is for my perspective class, I just have to give in a work in progress tomorrow. Should be polished up and done for next week, so you will see it worked on
I appreciate any feedback:
Oh, and here is this week's oil painting from my still life painting class:
Sorry about the background being the same color as last week, I liked this settup more than the others, and well, it had the same cloth drapery, I'll try to sit at a blue or green one next week

You're doing better already ;] Don't let the sketch lines show through if you're going for a painted look rather than a concept art look. Differentiate the different plains more(for instance the grave stones are facing every which way but their faces are all the same value). Try some backlight on the objects too, like the trees. Keep going! |
