Im having a really hard time with values on this piece.. can anyone give me any tips?

Where is the image?

[edit] Nevermind. The proportions are a bit off, the nose needs some work added to it.
The values aren't so bad, I think you need to go back and blend some things together (the lighting spot on her face for example).

Take a step back from it, squint you're eyes a little, that can help a lot.

ok.. cool... took your advice and spent the better part of this afternoon and evening on it...I'll post more as soon as @home decides whats wrong with my web directory.
