This is one of my many unfinished pictures, I have no clue of how to finish it, the legs.. Is well, hard to picture on this one.
I seriously need a tablet..! |

| your shading needs a touch more work, it looks very 2d (I would recomend using photos of engines & various mechanicle things for detailing examples). as for a tablet, I recomend a Graphire by Wacom, you can get one for 70$-80$ |

| What about a rotating mid-section, with chunky mechanised legs, poss with clawed feet. Or you could try positioning blocks where the muscles would be? I dunno... |

I like it. I like the distress on his right forearm. Looking at it in a realistic way though it would be impossible for the little guy to ever lower his right arm? His chest doesnt "wrap" it simply sticks straight out?   |

I doubt that a tablet would save this, looks like you need more off-computer practice to me...
It's obvious you could use more anatomy work. Start there, and use paper and pencil... |
