I've reached a dead end with this image. I'm happy with how it's coming along, but obviously it needs a lot more work. Any comments would be happily recieved.
By the way, it's a cartoonish "Munch" from Oddworld: Munch's Oddysee.

You could start again by putting the "data port" on his head. |

Nice work there!His head looks quite plastic, but more like a relief, than a - more or less - round head. I�d try to add some more depth to the hole thing, by using some darker shadows on the outlines of his head. The area, where his neck connects to the body looks kinda flat. How about adding some more definition there, like you did on the head? Try adding the collarbones (? Are they really called "collerbones"? Not too sure about that...sorry.) and some definition of his - not really big - muscles.
Anyway... Great start fo a good pic! |
