I'm drawing this one at the moment because I tried to finish the girl on the edge picture but the result was horrible so I thought I should try another girlface for training.
Here it is. Please tell my what you think.

The image certainly is coming along. I think part of the reason that it isn't 'attractive' is that you have a heavy use of blacks. This really darkens the image and gives it more of a goth/druggo feel (no I'm not trying to say anything by that remark). Also the head seems to come to a point which most heads don't really do. Even if it did, this is a bit of center and makes the rest of the head seem a bit off structurally. I love the eyes and you have some good things going here so have another bit of a crack at it. |

Thank you for you comment Matt Elder. I just read it so I wasn't able to use it for painting but you are right the face looked strange. I hope that it's a little better now. Fixed the chin and the upper part of the head. The dark look will change a bit till next step.
here is a little update:

Actually now that u've done more of the background, it shows the face better, the way the contrast works...
Also are u going to refine the detail on it, or is this the finished article?
Either way it looks great! |

Its a really nice looking picture. Tips to make her more aesthetically pleasing would be to make her nose rounder. As it is it looks a little too flat. Also her right eye (your left) is rotated too much it seems. Also if you would lighten up the eyes near the bridge of the nose, it would make her brow seem less prominant, which is making her look a little more manly i think.

MoleculeMan thank you for your reply. The biggest problem is probably that she's looking too much like a man as you said. I'll try to make the nose rounder and reduce some black areas but the eye, hmm. I cannot draw good looking eyes. the shape is always a little of, but i'll try to fix that.
I've changed the background a little. Any comments?
