Hi all,
I'm tweaking the head a little more before moving on to the body. Need to add more detail to the ears, chin, jaws, and make it more asymmetrical. The textures need some refinement as well. Tell me what you think.

Very nice!! It looks exactly like him! One thing though, his jaw is too big if you are going for the realism style. |

Great model!!
There seems to be a sharp vertical line under the mouth, maybe it should be smoother |

Wonderful texturework. The ears need some refinement and the jaw is too slim.
Nevertheless the texturing is very amazing! |

That's a very good likeness. It's not exact but it sure FEELS like him. I have a couple of texturing suggestions. I'm sure your'e on it already, but i just thought I'd throw it out there. Vary the specularity and glossiness a little more. and try to make the bump map a little more consistant. this will help make the face more believable as skin. I could go into mre detail if you want , but only if you need me too.
Just out of curiosity...what kind of reference did you use? Again, the likeness is very good. |

I checked out your web site - great stuff!
Not only is your modeling good ( likeness and all) it also has great aesthetic appeal. I'm comparing your work with the one of the nude woman you posted on your homepage. There the modeling is also accurate but that's all - it just looks like a 3D model - pictorialy lifeless.
Hey, terrific job on your Heinekin commercial. I guess it's true what they say about one's best work coming from extreme pressure! |

That is an awesome model.
Splines? Sub_D?
Why is it that on just about every 3d head model Im seeing these days, the nostrils seem to glow in the dark. They never seem dark enough to me...
Perhaps a little fattiness would help the likeness.
Ear could use a bit of massaging, and he's a little shiney( he needs some powder....back to the makeup trailer!)
the chin-seam thingy is the only REALLY noticable thing that caught my eye. |

Wow! That's simply amazing.
I like the big jaw - more like Morpheus, less like Fishburne. The ears are pretty raw compared to everything else, and he's missing that little nose clip-on thingy on his sunglasees.
Other than that, incredible! ![](images/smiles/icon_smile.gif) |

Well, it's clear as rain that you've devoted a lot of time on this and man it shows. It's awesome, I don't really have any crits since everyone else seems to have covered that department :P
Just out of curiosity how long have you been working on him? |
