Hi everybody...
Well, I'm kinda having a problem with this portrait I'm doing now...it seems everytime I draw a portrait, the colors always end up looking washed out and bland...and the color of the lips are a whole other problem...If any of you want to take it on as a "help a pal" project, feel free, or if you have any tips I'd be much abliged. Anyway, here it is...
and from geocities to double check...this probably won't work either dang it...
freakin' a...not sure if angelfire will let me put it on here directly...if not, just cut and paste...

Hey there buddy!
I definitely like what you've got there so far. I can't help you with your color issues, but I'd say don't worry about that too much until you've got more of the basic picture done.
Also, I think you need to give the hair and even the beard a bit more body and volume. It's a pretty thick 'stache he's got, and looks a tad too thick by comparison, IMHO.
That's all I've got. Good luck with the rest of it! |

Well, for once, things seem to be coming along nicely, I just messed with the lighting and added a rough background so you wouldn't just see a head. If you have any kind of tips, or just have a comment or critique, feel free.
Thanks!
