I had this sketch like 6 years ago, finally scanned it in and began painting it in Painter6 2 mos ago. I have been so bisy with my freelance work I haven't had a chance to even work on it since. Now I am debating if its even worth finishing. any comments or suggestions or if it is even interesting to the general public SF/F.????
Thanks ahead,

It's an interesting start. Not something you see everyday. Kind of reminds me of the old World War II posters by Rockwell and Flagg, in a furry sci-fi sort of way. |

Clicking that little notepad-and-pencil icon will let you edit the post. Helping out a fellow newbie
In my opinion, there's no such thing as a stupid topic to paint, but you have to decide that on your own. I love this, personally, it's a cool character. The legs look a little funny, like they're too skinny at the bottom and don't fit right at the waist. Then again, when you're dealing with fantasy/alien anatomy, it's kinda hard to tell Just my two cents. I'd love to see this finished! |

Thanks for the reply guys, I meant "stupid" as in if it will actually be usefull in a portfolio. The legs are real hard, thats one of the reasons I didn't get back to it. Tried catching and stretching out a few Sqrls, I would get way too scratched up in the process. And NO amount of nuts is gonna get them to pose for me, one even said "oh and whats next, yu want me to take my fur off?!" ah well. But if anyone has any "standing" Sqrl references e me, I would be most grateful.
