for the shading, I really don't understand where the light's coming from. You have his cheekbones and under the neck darker than any other part of his body (which isn't right in itself) meaning that the lightis coming from some degree above the figure... but the top of his chest is still a shadow? Look at a real person's profile, even if the anatomy isn't the same, and use the same light source in your drawings to see how where the shadows are the darkest and where they fall |

Here are some sketches i did today. I know i'm stuck with the monster profiles, but who cares? Crit away.
this one i started "coloring" as a lighting excercise. Anything badly wrong? The anatomy's a little weird, but that's on purpose :P
