Looks pretty cool. The face seems to deform well enough, and the model is tight too.

That's the easy bit out of the way though, now you have to try and lip-synch it

Good luck

Hey. Thanks a lot.
May be some critique or suggestions?

Critique: It looks a bit like plastic or rubber at the moment, but this is most likely a texture issue. Might be something to watch though. The model is really tight looking however, and has enough charisma to stand out from the usual "3D head" dross.

Suggestions:
1)Teeth and tongue. I know it sounds obvious but so many people try to get away without including them, yet they make_such_a difference to the finished peice once it's properly lit etc.

2)When you come to keyframe it make sure you have the sound file spot-on before you start.

3)Key the "M,B,P" phoneme first. This makes the biggest difference to the final look of the animation, followed closely by the large vowel sounds. After that the rest is just refinement.

Here's a site which has some really good advice for this sort of thing: http://www.comet-cartoons.com/toons/

Ohh....and give it a body

Her ear is a bit too pointy at the top, or is gonna be a startrek-like figure?
[edit]WHOOPS, sorry I'm kinda blind I guess cause now I see in the title that its an elf [/edit]

Maybe you could also make her eyebrow a bit more visible and a white dot in the eyes so it looks a bit shiny.

That's all the critics I have right now...

Damn it looks very cool, with what kind of program do you make it?
