very cool! Looks just like him. I dont' know much about modeling, so i can't help much. if anything, he needs a little more muscle- i think he'd be fine without defined abbs, be he's look cool with some more defined pecs(chest muscles)

Pretty cool so far...althought I would suggest you make his waist slightly larger and more proportionate to a body. Also, remember that Tony Stark is wearing a suit. The waist area is too small to be a suit. Also, I think his eye slots may be too high. But I think this is pretty darn cool so far!

I've never been huge on Ironman but this model makes me wonder, how does he put his arms all the way down to his sides? Since the shoulder pieces of his suit go all the way under his arms, wouldn't they make it very uncomfortable for him to put his arm down?

The model looks pretty good so far. Any chance we could see a wireframe? (And maybe a non-GI render, they really wash out shadow info and make it hard to discern forms somtimes.)
