I modified the drawing a bit. Hope its better now. You have to realize I was just practising and I agree i am not so good at drawing women (yet). I am no Michael Turner, you know. So next time, please don't be so rude when you are giving critiques and be a little more mindful.

Here's a ten second fix of the boobs...
They don't look quite so "glued on" now.
Get my point?
The general anatomy of the pic is a bit wacky... broad shoulders compared to the hip and so on, but I guess that it's the comic style that you are goin' for...

You have some very nice features here, notably the hair, but there are a couple points you might want to work on. The proportions do look a bit out of whack and it might start with the size of the head. You should look for Bridgeman's Drawing from Life, which has a lot of good advice on poses. I'd say that the hands really stand out. They seem overly "meaty" and in odd positions. There is a lovely feel to the drawing, however, with a nice face. Also, if you haven't done so already, look for Adam Hughes' site. |
