Pretty good image. But nothing really stands out as being out of the ordinary and thats the problem. Perhaps you could use a varity of line widths for different parts of the image. And if you wanted to stay with the comic style you could shade it either with cross hatches or with strong contrasting shadows.

I would work on the line weight a little. it looks good so far but i aggree with him that nothing really stands out. Now if you meant it that way than job well done.
Here is an example of a figure drawing i did to show you how the difference in line weight can help.
