ok..its not THAT great..and for you who have been following my 3D head..you also see I STILL havent fixed the mesh. Its a learning head...anyhow..learned myself morph animation last weekend, and now tested it on my face..WOW!!! THIS IS SO F***INGs COOL..for me. Just seeing it move like that when I have NEVER done it before..gives a real thrill..so..here ya go:
Ok, uploaded a twice as long clip with one more face expression. If you still get the old movie, try and delete your web cache.

I've been looking at your model as it's coming along and seeing it animated is pretty cool. If you are up for lip sinching, here is a link that I know of that presents it as a very simple topic and doesn't cause one to cower in fear of the idea:
