Hi. One of my friends asked me to draw a t-shirt logo for his e-zine (last updated in May of 96...) So I drew this.
One thing that kind of bugs me... I tried to make his cheek look pudgy, kinda like Al Capone's, but for some reason it looks concave to me. And I can't get it to work out. Anyone know how I can fix this? (Or am I just seeing things?)
And of course, any other crits would be welcome.

I dont know if I can explain it correctly, but you might want to add a small line cutting out from the nose shadow and following down the mouth line to add some weight to the cheek. Also maybe adding a bit of weight to the bottom of the cheek above the lip to give it kind of a droopy jowl look??? sorry if this is confusing.
I grabbed your logo and tried to show you, maybe you can see what i mean and do something to that effect?  |
