hehe... umm.. yeah.
I'm not sure what you're looking for critiques about.. the coloring or the drawing. The drawing looks pretty good, but the mouth is too low.. make his nose shorter to make room for fixing that. The jawbone goes back a little too far to look natural and you really can't see a structure to the nose.
For the coloring, try shadowing more, or add more detail to the shadow you already have, like defining more anatomy, like the depth of the lips and nose. Your light source looks a little off, too. It looks like light is being cast from a central point close to the guy's face, and that doesn't lookk right. I would suggest starting with a single directional light, and working with those shadows.
