Alright, here is my experiment. I wanted to get skin tones and values down and make the skin as soft as possible. now the more I look at this pic the more I like it (a first)
Im not sure if I have the skin tones right as this is my FIRST EVER picture done with the airbrush tool.

the anatomy Im not too worried about because the pic looks good if I flip it horizontally too.
Finally Im not too sure about the the background.. Im trying to figure out how to put a towel and sand behind her (thats why the hair is like that) but Im not sure about how to do sand.. any ideas?

The tone seems very close to accurate. Some of the highlights her right arm (our left side) seem very structured. If this was a photo it might appear air-brushed, based on the highlight lines (IMHO).. |
