I'm no anatomy expert, but your facial features are way off. Especially on the top one. Define the nose more, bring the eyes down. The ears are way too small. Get a good anatomy book.

Yeah the anatomy all around is very off. Although, I wonder if it's like a Fraudian(sic) slip: the females with the short cranium, much like gorillas or something.

This is what they are saying to ya Woric. Lengthen the head more on the top. As you can see both of the profiles above are exactly the same, but increasing the length of the skull improved them greatly. This was scanned from "Drawing on the Right Side of the Brain" by Betty Edwards. I would suggest you try and buy it. It's a great help.

may I just say this might be his style , which I think looks nice , but its better know original anatomy before Exploring styles

Thanks for the feedback, I havent actualy ever taken any drawing classes so help from you guys on the forum really helps.
