what are your drawing with?
if its mouse then try to get yourself the "ps2rate" program to speed up your port, that will make it easier to draw with a mouse.. however i doubt that linedrawing will be very easy with a mouse alone.
if you have a scanner then first draw the stuff with a pencil and scan it in, you'll get much smoother lines than you have now.
If you use a wacom then you probably need some additional practice to get used to it.
draw faster lines with it.. you can erase whats wrong afterwards anyway.
other than the line being very shaky there are some anatomy problems on the figure.

yeah it's a mouse, i'm still saving up for a wacom, actually i just started drawing about 3 day's ago, so this is really my first attempt at drawing people, i design web pages so most of my stuff is graphics not people.
I went to the book store and found a really good book i think will help me draw what i want to, "how to draw comics the marvel way".
Does anyone know of any other good books in this style

hey man try drawing real people the once you are good at that go itno comix look. this site has done a good job of scanning in a figure drawing book. http://www.antsin3d.com/loomis/
also what program are you using. Get meta painter 6 or photoshop or core draw.. just don't draw with windows paint and expect to get something good outta it |
