Here is an image I did some weeks ago, its one of my first. I still have some problems with the eyes. Anyway it was supposed to look like J. Smith (acutally it looks total different ). Any suggestions?

Other than the eyes, your going to have to put in some definition in the mouth area.. Right now it looks like he only has half a face.. Well on first glace.. maybe try puttin a little highlight where his top lip should be..

But it is looking good..
