I am working on this for a client,

what do people think? its not finialised and most of the content is just mock up.

Nice colors and tones and stuff.

My crit would be that you should avoid showing their faces on the page, since it creates a focal point that isn't really wanted. And the radial blur you've used gives it a strange effect...
I'd slap some heavy gaussian on there...
